The new Petrobras

Magda Chambriard (an engineer and former Petrobras employee who headed the National Agency for Oil, Gas and Biofuels during Dilma Rousseff's administration), the new president of Petrobras, argues that Brazil should accelerate oil exploration to replenish reserves.
